我家昨天买了三斤牛犍子肉,怎么卤啊?求教!
冷水洗干净腱子肉切两半,按图的比例放配料,再加入清水没过牛肉就行,开锅后撇去浮沫,盖锅盖煮90分钟就可,凉了连汤汁和肉再浸泡2小时再切片装盘,小碗倒点白灼汁、辣椒粉,香葱,麻油蘸着吃。
