煮汤圆技巧
首先:在锅中加入适量的清水,打开大火,烧水。其次:在锅中的水烧到大概五十度的时候,倒入一勺盐,搅拌使食盐化开。接着:在水温达到60-80摄氏度的时候,把已经准备好的汤圆倒进去。然后:用勺子沿着锅边慢慢的推动汤圆,推动一会之后,盖住锅盖
最后:守在锅的旁边,时不时的用勺子推动一下汤圆,当水达到一定温度沸腾的时候加入一点冷水,盖上锅盖,接着煮,大概沸腾三次之后,汤圆就煮好了。
