中华文化里的庐陵印记——舌尖味道
本帖最后由 庐陵鱼满仓 于 2021-9-23 11:35 编辑平心而论,吉安菜不算有名,其实即便赣菜也排不进全国“八大菜系”,但吉安人和全国其他地方人一样是“好吃”无疑的。吉安下辖两区一市十个县,几乎都有几样特色的菜,虽然名气不大,但味道还是不错的,也丰富了中华的饮食文化。下面是我尝过的各县市区的个人觉得最好吃的,欢迎你来补充:
1、吉州炒粉
“想粉恰啵”,一句话勾起了多少回忆。油光滑亮的粉条,加上黄豆芽、新鲜的猪肉,用酱油一炒,那真是当年的“人间美味”,虽然现在已再也吃不出那感觉了。

2、青原牛脚
准确说应该是青原富滩的牛脚,其实泰和苑前等地的牛脚也不错,青原还有渼陂的红曲肉、东固的客家菜,但自己吃过最好吃的还是富滩牛脚。辣、香,配上吸管吸骨髓,啃起来过瘾。

3、吉水腐竹
准确是吉水水南腐竹,这实在是我吃过最好吃的腐竹了,当然得认准全国劳动模范出品的,纯手工加工,非转基因黄豆制作,品质就是好

4、泰和沙皮子
吃过最好的店是禾市那家的,鲜香辣俱全,候机或从机场出来常去那吃一顿。

5、永丰豆腐乳
永丰虽然也有很多其他好菜,但个人最喜欢的却是这小小的豆腐乳,方便携带,在哪都能品尝到的家乡味道,早餐就稀饭YYDS。

6、安福带皮牛肉
安福黄牛养得好,牛肉烧制也有特色,本地菜籽油烧出来的额外香。

桔乡特色菜,鱼又是取自赣江里的新鲜河鱼,鲜甜可口,回味无穷。

这个要肥的,很多人并不喜欢,但肥点的确实值得一试,油而不腻,而且那层油脂还额外香。

外地人最爱点这菜,名气大,快成吉安美食代表之一了,其实更喜欢吃晒干的小竹笋。
